Outlook 2016 calendar appointments not updating
This issue has been reported to Microsoft and they have acknowledged that it's a bug.
It is not a high priority for them to fix, since the meetings are scheduled for the correct time and only some messages are incorrect.
When you open i Cloud Reminders on your Windows PC, they're labeled Tasks and appear within the Tasks section.

I noticed that this Conditional Formatting does work for some of my appointments/meetings but not all. Conditional Formatting (which was called Automatic Formatting in previous versions of Outlook) does not work when there is a category assigned to the item.
